Product Overview
The Dual-Channel VOC Sampler is designed for efficient collection of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from ambient air and industrial emissions. It can capture a wide range of VOCs, including benzene series, aldehydes and ketones, and halogenated hydrocarbons. The sampler can be integrated with a gas pre-treatment system for industrial exhaust and environmental VOC monitoring. It is widely applicable across environmental monitoring, public health, occupational safety, supervision, research, and educational settings, supporting both indoor/outdoor air quality monitoring and industrial emission control.
Working Principle
The sampler uses adsorption tube sampling and other solid-phase adsorption techniques. An imported brushless diaphragm pump provides stable negative pressure to direct air or exhaust gas into adsorption tubes for VOC concentration collection. High-precision electronic flow meters combined with constant-flow control algorithms enable accurate low-flow sampling. An optional automatic heating system prevents sample condensation or freezing in low-temperature conditions. Data logging and export functions ensure sampling data integrity and traceability.
