Product Overview
The multi-functional gas sampling probe is designed for collecting sulfuric acid mist, hydrochloric acid mist, and fluoride emissions from fixed pollution sources. Equipped with full-path heating and PTFE tubing to prevent gas adsorption, it ensures accurate and reliable sampling.
Its modular design allows for easy transport and rapid assembly. The probe is widely used for emission monitoring and can precisely collect and measure various pollutants in flue gas, supporting environmental monitoring and control efforts.
Working Principle
The probe maintains the sampling tube and filter at 120 °C ± 5 °C to prevent moisture condensation. PTFE tubing minimizes gas adsorption, ensuring high sampling efficiency and accuracy.
A built-in PT100 temperature sensor and Pitot tube provide real-time monitoring of flue gas temperature and flow rate. Multiple nozzle sizes support different diameters and flow conditions. Anti-backflow design prevents gas from returning through the HCl branch during sulfuric acid mist sampling, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
