Working Principle

Flue gas is first processed through a two-stage particulate filtration system (up to 50 μm precision) to remove dust. The probe integrates constant-temperature heating and a two-stage dehydration design for pre-treatment. An embedded high-performance microcontroller intelligently adjusts heating and cooling to maintain a stable gas temperature, minimizing the influence of moisture and particulates on downstream instruments.
