Working Principle

The analyzer operates based on a limiting current zirconia sensor. At elevated temperatures, zirconia exhibits selective conductivity to oxygen ions.

When the sample gas passes through the sensor, oxygen molecules undergo electrochemical reactions at the electrode surface, generating a limiting current signal proportional to the oxygen concentration. This signal is processed by the system to achieve accurate ppm-level oxygen measurement.

Temperature control and signal compensation technologies are applied to ensure stable and reliable measurement results.
