Product Overview
The Intelligent Four-Channel Constant Flow Atmospheric Sampler is designed for the simultaneous collection of gaseous and vapor-phase pollutants, such as SO₂ and NOₓ, from ambient and indoor air. Compact and portable, the device offers high flow stability, significantly reducing labor intensity. It is suitable for both routine monitoring and emergency sampling of gaseous pollutants and aerosols, and is widely applied in environmental monitoring, public health, occupational safety, supervision, military, research, and education.
Technical Principles
The sampler features a four-channel independent system, allowing simultaneous collection of four different gases or parallel samples, with each channel independently controlled. An integrated electronic flow meter ensures constant-flow sampling with precise automatic flow control, while a high-performance imported diaphragm pump maintains stable operation. The device is equipped with anti-backflow dryers, backflow protection, and an automatic heating system to compensate for environmental temperature differences. Built-in pressure and temperature sensors monitor conditions in real-time, and cumulative sampling volume is automatically calculated and converted to standard conditions. In the event of power loss, the sampler automatically saves its status and resumes operation when power is restored.
