Product Overview
The Liquid CO₂ Production Equipment is specially designed to capture high-concentration carbon dioxide (CO₂) generated during alcohol fermentation, where CO₂ levels can exceed 99%. This high-purity CO₂ represents a valuable resource. With simple purification, the system produces liquid CO₂ suitable for both food-grade and industrial applications.
This equipment has been successfully applied in multiple alcohol production facilities, delivering significant economic benefits while meeting the growing market demand for high-purity CO₂.

Working Principle
The system purifies fermentation gas using a series of processes including strong oxidizing solution scrubbing, low-pressure compression, drying, and temperature- and pressure-swing adsorption to remove impurities and moisture. The purified CO₂ is then liquefied in the liquefaction unit. A PLC-controlled automation system manages the entire process, ensuring continuous, efficient, and stable operation.
