Product Overview
The Dry Ice Tail Gas Recovery System is a high-efficiency, energy-saving gas recovery solution specifically designed for the CO₂ tail gas generated during dry ice production. During dry ice manufacturing, liquid CO₂ is compressed into solid dry ice, producing significant amounts of gaseous CO₂ as a by-product. This system recovers and converts tail gas into food-grade liquid CO₂, with approximately 1.2 tons of liquid CO₂ recoverable per ton of dry ice produced, effectively reducing production costs and maximizing resource utilization.

Working Principle
The system utilizes gas condensation, liquefaction, and separation technologies to cool and condense CO₂ tail gas generated during dry ice production. Subsequent separation and purification processes remove impurities, producing high-purity liquid CO₂. Equipped with automatic control and monitoring devices, the system enables fully automated operation and allows process parameters to be adjusted flexibly based on production scale.
