Product Overview
The fixed-source hydrogen chloride (HCl) sampling probe is designed for collecting HCl gas emissions from industrial sources. Equipped with full-path heating and temperature control, the probe prevents condensation during sampling, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements.
Solid HCl is captured on a 47 mm PTFE filter, while gaseous HCl is collected using two 75 ml impinger bottles connected in series. The probe also provides real-time measurements of flue gas flow and temperature, making it suitable for environmental monitoring, public health, safety supervision, and scientific research.
Working Principle
The probe maintains the sampling tip and body at controlled temperatures to keep the gas from condensing and to ensure sample integrity.

An integrated PT100 temperature sensor and Pitot tube provide real-time monitoring of flue gas temperature and flow. The digital temperature display allows precise temperature control. Probe length is customizable, and an adjustable-height stand accommodates different sampling environments.
