Product Overview
The Explosion-Proof Infrared Gas Analyzer combines Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology with long-life electrochemical sensors to simultaneously measure the volumetric concentration of multiple gases, including CO, CO₂, CH₄, C₃H₈, O₂, and H₂S. Equipped with a front-end gas pre-treatment module, the analyzer effectively handles harsh field conditions with moisture and dust. Its explosion-proof design ensures safe operation in flammable and explosive environments, making it ideal for industrial gas monitoring and safety protection to maintain stable production processes.
Technical Principles
The analyzer uses NDIR technology to measure concentrations of combustible and non-combustible gases (CO, CO₂, CH₄, C₃H₈) by detecting the absorption of infrared light at specific wavelengths. Electrochemical sensors are employed for gases such as O₂ and H₂S, while a dual-channel design enhances signal stability and measurement accuracy. The front-end pre-treatment system removes moisture and particulate matter from the sample gas, ensuring long-term stable sensor operation.
Key Features
- Explosion-Proof Design: Features flameproof housing and structure capable of withstanding external pressure and preventing flame penetration, suitable for hazardous environments.
- High-Precision Measurement: Supports multi-component gas detection with no cross-interference; includes self-diagnosis for real-time sensor status monitoring.
- High Stability: Dual-channel sensor configuration; sample-contact parts made from heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant materials (special stainless steel, PTFE).
- Automated Pre-Treatment: Front-end gas pre-treatment allows unattended real-time online monitoring, reducing maintenance requirements.
- Convenient Data Management: Multiple data interfaces for integration with higher-level control systems, enabling real-time data management and analysis.
Applications
