Product Overview

The Molecular Sieve Purification Skid is a high-efficiency system designed for deep gas purification. It uses solid adsorbents such as molecular sieves, silica gel, and activated alumina to selectively remove impurities including moisture, benzene, and H₂S from gas streams.

The system features a compact structure, stable operation, and supports regeneration gas recycling, effectively minimizing gas losses. It is suitable for a wide range of industrial gas treatment applications.

Working Principle

The system operates based on pressure swing adsorption (PSA) or temperature swing adsorption (TSA) principles. Porous adsorbents such as molecular sieves selectively capture impurities based on molecular size and polarity.

During the adsorption phase, impurities are trapped by the adsorbent while purified gas is delivered as the product. During regeneration, the adsorbent releases the captured impurities through pressure reduction or temperature increase, allowing it to be reused.

Multiple adsorption towers operate alternately to ensure continuous and stable purification, while regeneration gas recycling improves overall system efficiency.
