Product Overview
The Supercritical CO₂ Injection Pump Skid is a high-efficiency injection system specifically designed for well-site CO₂ injection. The equipment heats liquid CO₂ to a supercritical state via electromagnetic heating, waste heat recovery, or direct-fired heating, enabling efficient injection into wells. Engineered for high-pressure and supercritical fluid operations, it ensures stable performance under extreme conditions. This skid is widely used in geological carbon storage, enhanced oil and gas recovery, and geothermal energy development.
Working Principle
The system heats liquid CO₂ to a supercritical state, providing high density, low viscosity, and excellent flow characteristics for injection under high-pressure conditions. The pump skid employs screw or plunger pressurization technology to regulate flow and achieve high-pressure output. Integrated pressure and flow control systems maintain operational safety and stability, ensuring that CO₂ remains supercritical throughout the injection process.
Key Features
