Product Overview
The VPSA CO₂ Recovery System is specifically designed for efficient extraction of CO₂ from low-temperature, high-dust, low-concentration lime kiln flue gas. The system integrates multiple units, including flue gas purification, VPSA enrichment, CO₂ compression, purification, liquefaction, storage, and vaporization, to achieve high-purity CO₂ recovery and stable supply. Advanced technology reduces operational costs, enhances safety, and supports a wide range of industrial applications.

Working Principle
The system uses Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) technology to enrich CO₂ via low-pressure adsorption. Deep purification is performed using TSA units to remove water, NOx, and SO₂, preventing corrosion and extending adsorbent lifespan. The enriched CO₂ is then compressed, liquefied at low temperatures, and further purified to achieve ≥99.8% high-purity CO₂. A circulating water system ensures stable production during winter and night operations.
Key Features
- High-efficiency Dust Removal & Cooling: Precision dust removal followed by cooling prevents condenser blockage, ensuring stable operation.
- Deep Purification: TSA units remove moisture, NOx, and SO₂, protecting equipment and prolonging adsorbent life.
- Energy-saving Design: Low-pressure adsorption reduces energy consumption and capital investment; compact layout optimizes footprint.
- High-purity Output: Industrial-grade CO₂ with ≥99.8% purity.
- Low-temperature Liquefaction & Purification: Ensures high CO₂ recovery efficiency and purity.
- Heat Recovery: Non-condensable gas throttling and cold energy recovery further reduce energy consumption.
- Circulating Water System: Maintains stable liquid CO₂ production in winter and during night operations.
