Product Overview
The UV Flue Gas Analyzer is a high-precision online gas analysis system based on Ultraviolet Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (UV-DOAS). It is specifically designed for real-time monitoring of flue gas composition.
Featuring a long-path multi-pass gas cell, the analyzer offers high sensitivity and strong absorption signal detection, enabling stable and accurate measurement of SO₂, NO, and NO₂ concentrations in flue gas. It is well-suited for ultra-low emission monitoring and a wide range of industrial applications, providing reliable data for environmental monitoring and pollution control.
Working Principle
The analyzer operates on the UV-DOAS principle, where gas concentrations are determined by selective absorption of ultraviolet light at specific wavelengths.
A long-path multi-pass gas cell increases the optical interaction length between light and gas, significantly improving sensitivity and lowering detection limits. Advanced absorption peak selection and interference compensation algorithms minimize cross-interference between gases. In addition, a constant temperature control system reduces the impact of ambient temperature fluctuations, ensuring high accuracy and stability.
