Product Overview
The Hot Water Circulation Vaporizer is a high-efficiency, compact device for vaporizing liquid gases such as liquid oxygen (LO₂), liquid nitrogen (LN₂), and liquid argon (LAr). It converts liquids into gas to meet the demands of industrial, energy, medical, food, and research applications. Working Principle
The vaporizer uses a circulating hot water system to deliver uniform heat transfer to liquid gases within low-temperature stainless steel heat exchange tubes. Circulating water is pumped continuously to ensure even heating, converting the liquid into a stable gaseous output. A temperature control interlock system monitors both water and gas conditions in real time, ensuring safe, continuous, and efficient vaporization while protecting the equipment and operators.
