Product Overview
The proton exchange membrane for water treatment is a high-performance composite membrane, featuring a high-strength PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) mesh support layer combined with perfluorosulfonic acid resin of optimized molecular weight and ion exchange capacity. Working Principle
The membrane achieves high-efficiency proton or ion conduction through ion channels formed by perfluorosulfonic acid resin, while maintaining electronic insulation and mechanical strength. It exhibits low swelling and stable dimensions under high-salinity, high-temperature, and high-humidity conditions, ensuring efficient and continuous ion transport during electrodialysis and wastewater treatment, thereby improving overall process efficiency.
