Product Overview
The Direct Insertion Oxygen Analyzer utilizes a high-precision zirconia sensor integrated with a direct insertion sampling design. It is specifically developed for real-time monitoring of oxygen concentration in industrial combustion processes. The instrument quickly and accurately measures oxygen content in flue gas, providing operators with reliable combustion data to optimize fuel efficiency. Widely applied across petrochemical, power, chemical, and steel industries, it supports improved combustion control, energy savings, and emission reduction.
Working Principle
The analyzer employs high-precision zirconia sensor technology. Through a direct insertion probe, flue gas is guided directly into the sensor for online oxygen measurement. The sensor offers rapid response and high-temperature resistance, while built-in constant-temperature protection and on-site calibration ensure stable operation in environments up to 700°C.
