Product Overview
The fixed-source fluoride sampling probe is specifically designed to collect fluoride emissions from industrial and fixed pollution sources. Equipped with full-path heating, the probe maintains stable temperatures at the probe tip and body, ensuring water remains in vapor form as it passes through the filter, preventing condensation and sampling resistance.
Solid fluoride is captured on a No. 3 filter, while gaseous fluoride is collected using three 250 ml impinger bottles connected in series. The system also measures flue gas flow rate and temperature, making it widely applicable for environmental monitoring, public health, safety supervision, and scientific research.
Working Principle
The probe uses full-path heating for the tip and body to keep moisture in vapor form, avoiding condensation and reducing sampling resistance.

An integrated PT100 temperature sensor and Pitot tube continuously monitor flue gas flow and temperature, ensuring accurate and reliable sampling. The probe can be equipped with various sampling nozzles and adjustable-height stands to accommodate different flow rates and environmental conditions.
