Product Overview
The Hydrogen Directional Purification System utilizes multi-tower Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to efficiently purify hydrogen-rich gas streams, delivering high-purity hydrogen. With a compact footprint and automated operation, the system is ideal for industrial gas separation applications requiring high-purity hydrogen. Its high level of automation supports unattended operation, ensuring continuous, stable production throughout the year.

Working Principle
The system employs a multi-tower PSA process, including adsorption, depressurization, desorption, and repressurization steps. Multiple adsorption towers operate in staggered sequences to form a closed-loop cycle, enabling continuous feed of raw hydrogen and stable output of purified hydrogen. Proprietary adsorbents and pneumatic plate control valves ensure high adsorption efficiency, excellent sealing, and long operational life.
