Product Overview
The Natural Gas Hydrogen Production Unit employs natural gas reforming technology with an optimized reformer design to achieve efficient, low-cost hydrogen production. The system features a compact structure, supports multiple feedstock gases, and reliably supplies high-purity hydrogen for industrial, energy, and clean energy applications. With high integration and stable operation, the unit also offers energy savings and emission reduction benefits.

Working Principle
Desulfurized natural gas or other feedstocks are mixed with steam and fed into a specialized reformer, where catalytic reactions convert the feedstock into syngas containing H₂, CO₂, and CO. The syngas undergoes further conversion and heat recovery processes to maximize hydrogen production. High-purity hydrogen is obtained via a PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) purification system. PSA tail gas is recycled to the reformer for combustion, enabling heat recovery and efficient energy utilization.
