Working Principle
The system combines a high-precision electronic scale with an automatic control system to continuously monitor the cylinder’s gross weight. Filling stops automatically once the desired weight is reached. Multiple preset filling quantities allow the system to adjust automatically based on operational requirements. Upon completion, the scale triggers an audible alert to inform the operator.
Automatic calibration ensures precision by accounting for empty cylinder weight limits and eliminating the influence of the filling gun and hose weight.
