Product Overview
The Dry Ice Block Press Machine is designed to compress dry ice pellets into high-density dry ice blocks. Using an electric hydraulic pressing system, the machine applies stable and powerful pressure to compact dry ice pellets into solid blocks with uniform density and strong structure.

Working Principle
The dry ice block press machine uses a hydraulic system to drive the pressing unit. Dry ice pellets are fed into a mold where stable pressure is applied to compress them into dense block-shaped dry ice.
During the pressing process, the hydraulic system provides continuous and stable force to ensure uniform density and structural consistency. An automatic control system monitors and regulates the pressing operation, allowing adjustment of pressing parameters and block thickness to produce dry ice blocks suitable for different application requirements.
