Product Overview
The Dry Ice Block Machine is an efficient system designed to produce high-density dry ice blocks. It can continuously convert carbon dioxide into dry ice blocks of various thicknesses with stable and reliable performance.
Built with a robust structure and reliable operating system, the machine is suitable for long-term continuous production. Using a powerful drive system combined with hydraulic pressing technology, dry ice particles are rapidly compressed into dense blocks. The produced dry ice blocks provide excellent cooling capacity and long-lasting refrigeration, making them ideal for food preservation, cold chain transportation, and industrial cooling applications.
Working Principle
The machine converts liquid carbon dioxide (CO₂) into dry ice snow through rapid expansion under reduced pressure. These snow-like particles are then compressed by a hydraulic pressing system to form dense dry ice blocks.
During the pressing process, molds control the thickness and size of the dry ice blocks to meet different application requirements. With a stable power system and efficient pressing structure, the machine ensures high material conversion efficiency, continuous production, and uniform dry ice density.
