Product Overview
The CO₂ seamless steel cylinder is a high-pressure container specifically designed for the storage and transportation of carbon dioxide gas, manufactured in accordance with the GB5099 standard.
Featuring a seamless structure, the cylinder offers excellent strength and sealing performance, making it suitable for storing gases in different physical states. Depending on the medium, it can be classified into permanent gas cylinders, liquefied gas cylinders, and dissolved gas cylinders.

Working Principle
The CO₂ seamless steel cylinder is made of high-strength seamless alloy steel, capable of withstanding high internal pressure to safely store gaseous or liquid carbon dioxide within a sealed container.
During the filling process, CO₂ is charged into the cylinder under high pressure. The cylinder body structure, combined with a precision valve system, ensures reliable sealing and safe storage.
The design fully considers pressure resistance, material strength, and wall thickness distribution. With a working pressure of up to 15 MPa, the cylinder ensures long-term safe operation while meeting stability requirements during transportation and usage.
