The LCO₂ liquid carbon dioxide tank container is a high-performance storage and transport solution specifically designed for liquid CO₂. Available in multiple container sizes (10 ft, 20 ft, 30 ft) with nominal capacities ranging from 5 m³ to 30 m³, and operating pressures between 0.9 MPa and 2.2 MPa, these containers are engineered to meet international transport standards. They ensure safe, reliable storage and long-distance transport of liquid CO₂ by road, rail, and sea.
Working Principle
The tank container employs advanced high-vacuum, multi-layer wound insulation combined with stacked insulation structures to minimize heat ingress, effectively reducing evaporation loss of liquid CO₂. The container design integrates both active and passive safety features, and the piping layout can be customized to operational needs. Optional low-temperature pumps and multifunction composite transmitters allow real-time monitoring of liquid temperature, pressure, level, and container position, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
