Product Overview
The diesel vehicle emissions gas analyzer is a high-precision instrument specifically designed for measuring exhaust emissions from diesel engines. It uses micro-flow infrared dual-chamber sensor technology, combined with non-dispersive ultraviolet (NDUV) and non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) methods, to accurately measure key gases such as NO, NO₂, and CO₂.
The system complies with the Chinese standards GB 3847-2018 (Limits and Measurement Methods for Diesel Vehicle Emissions) and JJG 688-2017 (Verification Regulation for Vehicle Emission Gas Analyzers). It offers high accuracy, low maintenance, and excellent stability, meeting the strict requirements of diesel emission testing and environmental regulation.
Working Principle
The analyzer integrates multiple detection technologies for precise multi-gas analysis.
NO is measured using a micro-flow infrared dual-chamber sensor, where a dual-cell structure and optical filtering compare infrared absorption signals to minimize the effects of temperature fluctuations and sensor aging.
NO₂ is measured directly using the non-dispersive ultraviolet (NDUV) absorption method, eliminating the need for a NOx converter and simplifying the system.
CO₂ is measured using non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) absorption, where gas concentration is determined by the degree of infrared light absorption.
Advanced algorithms perform linear correction of the signals, while multi-stage processing enhances overall measurement accuracy and stability.
