Product Overview

The asphalt fume sampling probe is designed for collecting asphalt fumes from fixed pollution source flues. Equipped with an S-shaped Pitot tube, heating, and cooling functions, it enables accurate measurement of asphalt fume concentration and emissions.

The device complies with the HJ/T 45-1999 “Determination of Asphalt Fumes in Flue Gas from Stationary Sources by Gravimetric Method” standard and is used in conjunction with dust and gas testing instruments to achieve precise sampling, supporting environmental monitoring and emission control.

Working Principle

The S-shaped Pitot tube accurately guides asphalt fume gas into the sampling tube. The tube is automatically heated to 42 ± 10 °C to prevent condensation, ensuring continuous sampling. When the flue gas temperature reaches ≥150 °C, the cooling system is activated, using ice to lower the temperature and maintain stable operation. Asphalt fumes are collected on a constant-weight glass fiber filter, and concentration is determined by filter weight increase for quantitative analysis.
