Product Overview

The CO₂ absorbent (ammoniated lime / calcium oxide) is a highly efficient alkaline calcium-based material designed to capture and remove carbon dioxide from gases. It is supplied as white or gray spherical pellets, with diameters ranging from 0.5–8 mm. The smooth surface and uniform structure of the pellets maximize gas-to-absorbent contact, enabling highly efficient CO₂ absorption.

Working Principle

The absorbent leverages the chemical reactivity of alkaline calcium-based materials. As gas passes through the absorption bed, CO₂ reacts chemically with the absorbent to form calcium carbonate, effectively removing carbon dioxide from the gas stream. The spherical pellet structure ensures smooth gas flow, high reactive surface area, and supports either regeneration or replacement of the absorbent, maintaining efficient and stable gas purification.
