Product Overview
The Automotive Exhaust Gas Analyzer for gasoline vehicles is a professional, high-precision instrument designed for measuring exhaust emissions from gasoline engines.
It combines micro-flow infrared dual-chamber sensor technology with non-dispersive infrared (NDIR), non-dispersive ultraviolet (NDUV), and electrochemical analysis methods to accurately measure multiple gas components, including NO, NO₂, HC, CO, CO₂, and O₂.
The analyzer also features automatic air-fuel ratio (AFR) calculation and display, providing reliable data for evaluating engine combustion performance and emission characteristics. It complies with GB 18285-2018 and JJG 688-2017 standards, achieving Class 0.0 accuracy, making it suitable for high-precision emission testing applications.
Working Principle
The analyzer integrates multiple advanced sensing technologies for comprehensive gas analysis.
NO is measured using a micro-flow infrared dual-chamber sensor, where a dual-cell structure and specific optical filters compare infrared absorption signals, minimizing the effects of temperature fluctuations and sensor aging.
HC, CO, and CO₂ are measured using non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology, based on the selective absorption of specific infrared wavelengths by different gases.
NO₂ is measured directly using non-dispersive ultraviolet (NDUV) absorption, eliminating the need for an NOx converter.
O₂ is measured using an electrochemical sensor, where gas reactions generate corresponding electrical signals.
The system incorporates multi-stage filtration and advanced algorithms for signal linearization, along with automatic temperature and pressure compensation to ensure high accuracy and stability. It also calculates the air-fuel ratio automatically for comprehensive emission analysis.
