The Ambient Air Vaporizer is an eco-friendly, energy-free vaporization device designed for liquid gases such as liquid oxygen (LO₂), liquid nitrogen (LN₂), liquid argon (LAr), liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid carbon dioxide (LCO₂), liquid ethylene (LC₂H₄), and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). With a high-efficiency, low-maintenance design, the vaporizer operates stably under various environmental conditions, providing a reliable gas supply solution for industrial, medical, energy, and research applications.
Working Principle
The vaporizer uses ambient air as the heat source to gradually convert liquid gases into gas without the need for external energy input. Liquid flows through Φ200 large-diameter aluminum heat exchange tubes equipped with internal fins to significantly enhance heat transfer efficiency while optimizing flow paths to reduce pressure drop and ensure uniform, safe gas flow. The system design accounts for thermal expansion and contraction stresses, using bridge-type connection elements to relieve mechanical stress and anti-oxidation treatments to improve durability, ensuring stable and efficient vaporization.
