Product Overview
The Air CO₂ Removal System is a high-efficiency purification unit designed to remove CO₂ from compressed air. It utilizes advanced pressure and temperature swing adsorption technology combined with specialized CO₂ adsorbents to reduce carbon dioxide levels to below 10 ppm, and even as low as 5 ppm for high-purity applications.
With stable and reliable operation, the system continuously supplies CO₂-free clean air, meeting the stringent requirements of industrial processes and scientific research.
Working Principle
The system operates based on pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and temperature swing adsorption (TSA) principles.
During the adsorption phase, compressed air enters the adsorption tower, where CO₂ is selectively captured by high-performance adsorbents, resulting in purified air output. During regeneration, changes in pressure and temperature release the adsorbed CO₂, restoring the adsorbent for reuse.
Through cyclic switching between adsorption and regeneration, the system ensures continuous and stable operation. The specialized adsorbent maintains strong selectivity for CO₂ across a wide range of operating conditions, ensuring that outlet CO₂ levels remain consistently at low ppm levels.
