Product Overview
The In-situ High-Temperature Humidity & Oxygen Analyzer is a high-performance instrument designed for online monitoring of flue gas humidity and oxygen concentration in high-temperature and highly corrosive environments. It utilizes solid-state electrolyte ceramic sensor technology combined with the limiting current method for humidity measurement, enabling stable operation at temperatures up to 500°C.
With excellent corrosion resistance and high measurement accuracy, the analyzer meets the requirements of HJ 75-2017 and HJ 76-2017 standards. It ensures reliable performance even under harsh conditions involving heavy metals, high humidity, and complex organic interference, making it ideal for environmental and industrial emission monitoring applications.
Working Principle
The analyzer integrates zirconia-based solid electrolyte sensing with the limiting current method to achieve simultaneous measurement of oxygen and humidity:
- Oxygen Measurement: The zirconia sensor generates an electrochemical signal at high temperatures, which is proportional to the oxygen concentration.
- Humidity Measurement: The limiting current method measures water vapor content, which is then converted into volumetric percentage through built-in algorithms.
The sensor operates in direct contact with the flue gas at high temperature, enabling true in-situ measurement. This eliminates sampling-related errors and ensures faster response and higher accuracy.
