Product Overview

The portable infrared flue gas analyzer is a high-performance, all-in-one device for multi-component gas detection and multi-parameter measurement. It integrates non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas sensors with electrochemical sensors to simultaneously measure SO₂, NO, CO, CO₂, and O₂ concentrations in flue gas. The system also supports measurements of flue gas temperature, flow rate, and other parameters, while calculating emission rates and total emissions.

Equipped with an integrated sampling and heated probe system, combined with a portable pretreatment unit, it ensures high-quality sampling and analysis without altering the gas composition. Its stable and reliable performance makes it widely used in environmental monitoring, energy audits, and scientific research, and it has been recognized as a "National Key New Product."

Working Principle

The analyzer combines NDIR absorption and electrochemical sensing for multi-gas analysis:

  • SO₂, CO, and CO₂ concentrations are determined by selective absorption of specific infrared wavelengths.
  • NO and O₂ are measured using electrochemical sensors, which generate electrical signals proportional to gas concentrations.

The integrated heated sampling system prevents condensation during measurement, while the pretreatment unit removes dust and moisture, ensuring sample stability. Built-in algorithms process data to calculate excess air coefficients, combustion efficiency, emission rates, and total emissions, providing comprehensive flue gas analysis.
