Product Overview
The combustion efficiency analyzer utilizes Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology and long-life electrochemical sensors to measure the volume concentrations of CO, CO₂, and O₂ in flue gas in real time.
By combining flue gas temperature and excess air coefficient calculations, the analyzer provides a comprehensive evaluation of combustion performance. It is ideal for optimizing industrial combustion processes, improving energy efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, and supporting energy-saving and emission reduction goals.
Working Principle
The analyzer uses NDIR technology to measure CO and CO₂ concentrations based on the absorption of specific infrared wavelengths.
Electrochemical sensors are used for O₂ detection. By integrating flue gas temperature data and excess air coefficient models, the system performs real-time calculations to assess and optimize combustion efficiency.
