Product Overview

The UV flue gas analyzer (ultra-low range) is a high-sensitivity online monitoring instrument designed for ultra-low emission applications.

Based on ultraviolet differential optical absorption spectroscopy (UV-DOAS), it enables real-time measurement of key flue gas components such as SO₂, NO, NO₂, and O₂.

With a multi-pass gas cell design and optimized absorption peak algorithms, the analyzer offers excellent detection limits, strong stability, and high resistance to interference. It is ideal for precise monitoring and control of industrial emissions.

Working Principle

The analyzer operates on the UV-DOAS principle, measuring gas concentrations based on their absorption of specific ultraviolet wavelengths.

A multi-pass gas cell extends the optical path length, increasing the absorption signal and improving detection sensitivity. Optimized absorption peak selection and interference compensation algorithms reduce cross-interference between different gas components.

In addition, a temperature-controlled system minimizes the impact of ambient temperature fluctuations, ensuring stable and reliable measurement results.
