The ultra-high precision vehicle exhaust gas analyzer is a professional instrument designed for accurate measurement of multiple gas components in vehicle exhaust. It utilizes dual-beam micro-flow infrared technology to simultaneously detect key pollutants such as CO, HC, CO₂, NO, and O₂, meeting the requirements of high-precision emission testing.
The system complies with the latest Chinese standard GB 18285 for gasoline vehicle emission limits and measurement methods (including dual-idle and simple driving cycle tests). With 00-level measurement accuracy, it provides stable and reliable data for vehicle emission testing and environmental monitoring, making it an essential tool in emission control and regulatory compliance.
Working Principle
The analyzer operates based on the dual-beam micro-flow infrared absorption principle. An infrared light source emits specific wavelengths that pass through the gas sample, where different gas components selectively absorb characteristic wavelengths.
The dual-beam design compares reference and measurement signals, effectively eliminating fluctuations from the light source and environmental interference, ensuring high-precision results.
Oxygen is measured using electrochemical or other sensing technologies, while a specially designed filter gas chamber minimizes cross-interference between gases. In addition, a built-in automatic temperature control system maintains a stable measurement environment, further improving accuracy and reliability.
