Product Overview
The Intelligent Ambient Fluoride Comprehensive Sampler is a multifunctional environmental monitoring device designed for the simultaneous collection of gaseous pollutants, fluorides, and particulate matter.
It uses a solution absorption method to collect gaseous pollutants such as SO₂ and NOx, while fluoride in the air is captured and analyzed using a fluoride ion-selective electrode method. In addition, particulate matter—including TSP, PM10, PM2.5, and heavy metal particles—is collected through filter-based sampling.
With multi-parameter sampling capability, the device is suitable for monitoring complex pollutants such as fluorides, heavy metals, and semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs), making it widely applicable in environmental monitoring, public health, and industrial safety.
Working Principle
The sampler is designed based on the coordinated collection of multiple types of pollutants.
Gaseous pollutants are captured using a solution absorption method, enabling continuous sampling of components such as SO₂ and NOx. Fluoride is measured and collected using a fluoride ion-selective electrode, allowing quantitative analysis of fluoride ions in the air.
Particulate matter enters the system through an aerodynamic size-selective inlet and is collected on filter membranes, where TSP, PM10, and PM2.5 are captured using the gravimetric method.
A closed-loop feedback flow control system continuously adjusts the sampling flow rate in real time, while temperature compensation ensures stable and accurate sampling under varying environmental conditions.
