Product Overview
The Intelligent 24-Hour Ambient Particulate Sampler is a high-performance environmental sampling device designed for long-term continuous monitoring. It enables automatic collection of both gaseous pollutants and particulate matter.
The system uses a solution absorption method for continuous sampling of gaseous pollutants such as SO₂ and NOx, combined with a gravimetric filter method to collect and analyze total suspended particles (TSP), PM10, and PM2.5.
With constant temperature and constant flow control, the device ensures stable operation under varying environmental conditions, making it ideal for environmental monitoring, emergency response, and scientific research.
Working Principle
The sampler is designed based on the separate collection of gaseous pollutants and particulate matter.
Gaseous pollutants are continuously absorbed into a solution for enrichment and analysis. Particulate matter is separated through an aerodynamic size-selective inlet and collected on filter membranes, where TSP, PM10, and PM2.5 are measured using the gravimetric method.
An integrated electronic flow meter monitors and automatically adjusts the sampling flow rate in real time, while compensating for voltage fluctuations and ambient temperature changes.
The system also incorporates semiconductor cooling and heating technology to maintain a constant temperature between 15°C and 30°C, ensuring stable and reliable sampling performance.
