Product Overview
The Single-Ended Ultrasonic Gas Flow Meter is a high-precision instrument designed for gas flow measurement in complex industrial and municipal environments. Utilizing non-contact ultrasonic measurement technology, it provides stable, real-time monitoring under high temperature, high humidity, dusty, and multi-component gas conditions. The device addresses common measurement challenges such as low flow rates, uneven distribution, and unstable flow fields. Its single-ended open-hole installation minimizes maintenance requirements and allows for independent operation or integration with CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems). The meter is widely used in municipal, industrial, and energy sectors for accurate gas flow monitoring.
Working Principle
The meter operates on the ultrasonic principle, using line-averaged flow measurement to achieve high-precision, non-intrusive monitoring. Autocorrelation detection technology effectively suppresses ambient noise interference, ensuring accurate measurement across low flow rates (as low as 0.1 m/s) and high flow conditions. The system can simultaneously measure gas temperature and pressure, providing comprehensive flow data, and supports embedded data processing, calibration, configuration, and diagnostics.
Key Features
- Low Flow Measurement: Capable of detecting gas flow as low as 0.1 m/s, ideal for low-velocity monitoring scenarios.
- High Precision: Line-averaged ultrasonic measurement ensures accuracy up to ±2% F.S.
- Strong Anti-Interference: Autocorrelation detection provides stability in high-noise environments.
- Single-Ended Open-Hole Installation: Simplifies installation and reduces drilling time and costs.
- Flexible Pipeline Compatibility: Suitable for pipe diameters ≥0.5 m, adaptable to different pipe sizes.
- Comprehensive Monitoring: Simultaneously measures gas temperature, pressure, and flow rate for complete data coverage.
- Corrosion-Resistant Materials: Contact parts are made of durable, corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for acidic or moisture-laden flue gas.
- Low Maintenance: Measurement is unaffected by gas composition changes, reducing long-term operating costs.
- System Integration: Supports data processing, calibration, configuration, query, and diagnostics, with rich interface options for seamless integration into various monitoring systems.
