Product Overview
The online gas analyzer for fuel gas utilizes Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology, long-life electrochemical sensors, and MEMS-based thermal conductivity technology. It enables continuous, real-time monitoring of calorific value for fuel gases such as coal gas and biogas, while simultaneously measuring the volume concentrations of CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and CnHm.
Designed for continuous online operation, the analyzer provides accurate and reliable data to support industrial processes. It can replace traditional combustion-based calorimeters, improving production efficiency and ensuring stable gas quality.
Working Principle
The analyzer measures CO, CO₂, and CH₄ using NDIR technology, which quantifies gas concentrations based on their absorption of specific infrared wavelengths.
Electrochemical sensors are used for detecting gases such as O₂ and H₂, while MEMS-based thermal conductivity technology is applied for CnHm measurement and calorific value calculation.
By integrating multiple sensing technologies, the system enables simultaneous multi-component analysis. A built-in gas pre-treatment system removes moisture and particulates, ensuring stable and reliable measurement results.
Key Features
- Multi-Component Analysis & Calorific Value Calculation: Simultaneously measures CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and CnHm, and automatically calculates calorific value.
