Product Overview
The CO₂ low-temperature liquefaction system compresses CO₂ gas from atmospheric pressure to approximately 2 MPa and then liquefies it by absorbing its latent heat through a refrigeration unit.
The system efficiently produces industrial-grade or food-grade liquid CO₂, widely used in foam material production lines, as well as various industrial and food processing applications.
Working Principle
CO₂ gas is pressurized to around 2 MPa and cooled in a refrigeration cycle, which absorbs the gas’s latent heat and quickly converts it into liquid.
The combination of precise pressure control and efficient refrigeration ensures stable production of liquid CO₂ while meeting different purity requirements, making it suitable for both industrial and food processing operations.
