Product Overview

The low-concentration sampling probe is specifically designed to collect particulate matter at concentrations below 50 mg/m³ from fixed emission sources such as flues, chimneys, and exhaust stacks.

Equipped with a specialized low-concentration sampling head—including a filter membrane, low-concentration elbow, metal mesh, and aluminum ring—and supporting integrated weighing, the probe minimizes particulate loss and ensures accurate, reliable sampling results. The device features a stainless steel outer shell and a high-strength composite handle, making it suitable for various work environments. It is widely used in environmental monitoring, occupational health, safety supervision, and scientific research.

Working Principle

Particulates are efficiently captured using the low-concentration sampling head: the filter membrane collects the particles, while the metal mesh and aluminum ring provide support and uniform weight distribution, reducing sample loss.

A PT100 temperature sensor and S-type Pitot tube monitor flue gas temperature and flow rate in real time, ensuring accurate sampling conditions. Multiple sampling nozzle diameters (4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm) are available to meet the requirements of different flues and exhaust outlets.
