Product Overview

The LCO₂ microbulk storage and supply system is a compact gas supply platform that integrates cryogenic storage, metering, and gas supply into one unit. It adopts a multi-layer wrapped high-vacuum insulation structure, providing excellent thermal insulation performance.

With its compact design and small footprint, the system serves as an efficient alternative to traditional gas cylinders, delivering a more stable and continuous gas supply. It also integrates high-precision metering and remote monitoring functions, supporting both on-site data reading and remote management.

Working Principle

The system is based on high-vacuum multi-layer insulation technology. A stable vacuum layer is formed between the inner and outer vessels, effectively reducing heat transfer caused by conduction, convection, and radiation, thereby minimizing evaporation losses of cryogenic liquids.

Cryogenic liquid is stored inside the vessel and converted into gas through a self-pressurizing system or external vaporization device to ensure a stable gas supply.

An integrated electronic weighing system continuously measures the liquid volume in real time. Meanwhile, a remote level monitoring system transmits data to a centralized platform, enabling remote data acquisition and real-time monitoring of operating conditions, thus improving management efficiency and supply reliability.
