Product Overview
The In-Situ Zirconia Gas Analyzer is designed for online monitoring of high-temperature oxygen and combustible gas (COe) concentrations. It enables simultaneous measurement of oxygen and combustible gas levels, helping users optimize combustion efficiency and ensure industrial equipment operates at peak performance.
The analyzer utilizes zirconia limiting current technology for oxygen measurement and thick-film catalytic sensing for combustible gas detection. Gas is introduced through a flange with a flow-guiding design, allowing stable, real-time monitoring even under high-temperature and high-dust industrial conditions.
Working Principle
- Oxygen Measurement: Zirconia limiting current sensors detect oxygen concentration with high precision.
- Combustible Gas Detection: Thick-film catalytic sensors measure COe levels.
- Temperature Compensation: The sensor is equipped with internal constant-temperature control, eliminating measurement errors due to environmental or inlet gas temperature variations.
- Gas Flow Design: Flanged flow-guided inlet ensures stable sampling and accurate real-time readings.
