Product Overview
The Humidity & Oxygen Analyzer utilizes ceramic zirconia sensor technology and is specifically designed for accurate measurement of oxygen concentration and humidity in oxygen-water vapor mixtures. By analyzing the functional relationship between the sensor output and the mixed gas composition, the instrument provides precise measurements of both humidity and oxygen levels and outputs corresponding signals for environmental monitoring. With high stability, long service life, and resistance to high temperature and humidity, it operates reliably in harsh industrial conditions. This analyzer is widely used in flue gas continuous monitoring systems (CEMS) for desulfurization and denitrification processes, as well as in industries such as wood, building materials, paper, chemical, pharmaceutical, fiber, textile, tobacco, vegetables, and food processing for humidity and oxygen control.
Working Principle
The analyzer is based on ceramic zirconia sensor technology. Oxygen molecules undergo an electrochemical reaction at high temperature within the sensor, generating a measurable signal. A humidity-sensitive element measures water vapor content in the gas mixture. By analyzing the relationship between the sensor output and the mixed gas composition, the device calculates precise oxygen concentration and humidity values. A heated probe prevents condensation inside the sensor, ensuring accurate readings under high-humidity conditions.
