Product Overview
The Online Flue Gas Analyzer is a high-precision instrument designed for continuous monitoring of industrial emissions. It combines non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology with long-life electrochemical sensors to provide real-time measurement of multiple gas components, including SO₂, NO, CO, CO₂, and O₂.
With excellent stability and strong environmental adaptability, the analyzer is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. It delivers reliable data for emission monitoring, environmental compliance, and process optimization.
Working Principle
The analyzer integrates NDIR absorption technology with electrochemical sensing:
- NDIR Measurement: SO₂, NO, CO, and CO₂ concentrations are determined by selective absorption of infrared light at specific wavelengths.
- Electrochemical Detection: O₂ is measured using an electrochemical sensor, which generates an electrical signal proportional to the oxygen concentration.
An optimized gas path design minimizes the influence of water vapor and sampling flow variations on measurement accuracy. Combined with corrosion-resistant materials and a robust structural design, the system ensures reliable long-term continuous operation.
Key Features
- Multi-Component Measurement: Independent measurement of each gas component with no cross-interference, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Stable Performance: Gas-phase moisture does not affect SO₂ and NO measurements, and sampling flow variations do not impact SO₂, NO, or CO results.
- High Durability: Key components are made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for harsh industrial environments.
- Flexible Communication: Supports multiple communication interfaces for integration with centralized control systems and remote data transmission.
- Reliable Design: Engineered for long-term continuous online monitoring with low maintenance requirements.
Applications
- Industrial Boilers: Monitoring boiler exhaust emissions and analyzing flue gas composition to optimize combustion conditions.
- Power Industry: Continuous emission monitoring in power plants to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Chemical Industry: Monitoring flue gas composition in chemical processes to improve safety and reduce emissions.
- Metallurgy & Steel: Emission monitoring during smelting processes for better control and process optimization.
- Environmental Agencies: Supporting regulatory monitoring and enforcement of emission standards.
