Product Overview
The CO₂ Refrigeration Compressor is a core component in CO₂ liquefaction systems, utilizing advanced compression refrigeration technology to achieve efficient cooling and liquefaction of carbon dioxide. The system can reliably cool CO₂ to temperatures below -25°C, meeting strict requirements for industrial production, food cold chain, and low-temperature storage. Designed with a focus on energy efficiency and operational stability, it delivers consistent refrigeration performance under continuous operating conditions, making it essential for CO₂ liquefaction and low-temperature applications.
Working Principle
The compressor operates based on the vapor compression refrigeration cycle. The refrigerant is compressed to increase its pressure and temperature, then passes through condensation and throttling stages before entering the evaporation phase, where it absorbs heat from the CO₂ stream. This process reduces the temperature of CO₂, gradually bringing it to its liquefaction point. Optimized heat exchange and cycle control improve refrigeration efficiency while minimizing energy consumption and ensuring safe, stable operation.
