Product Overview

The gasoline vehicle emissions gas analyzer is a professional instrument designed for high-precision measurement of exhaust emissions from gasoline engines. It is based on micro-flow infrared dual-chamber sensor technology and integrates non-dispersive infrared (NDIR), non-dispersive ultraviolet (NDUV), and electrochemical analysis methods to accurately measure multiple gas components, including NO, NO₂, HC, CO, CO₂, and O₂.

The analyzer also features automatic air–fuel ratio calculation and display, providing reliable data for evaluating engine combustion performance and emission characteristics. It complies with the Chinese standards GB 18285-2018 and JJG 688-2017, achieving 00-level measurement accuracy and meeting the requirements of high-standard emission testing applications.

Working Principle

The analyzer combines multiple advanced detection technologies for comprehensive multi-gas analysis.

NO is measured using a micro-flow infrared dual-chamber sensor, where the dual-cell structure and optical filtering compare infrared absorption signals to minimize the effects of temperature fluctuations and sensor aging.

HC, CO, and CO₂ are measured using non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) absorption, based on the selective absorption of specific infrared wavelengths by different gases.

NO₂ is directly measured using non-dispersive ultraviolet (NDUV) absorption, eliminating the need for a NOx converter.

O₂ is detected using an electrochemical sensor, where gas reactions generate electrical signals proportional to concentration.

The system incorporates multi-stage filtration and advanced algorithms for linear signal correction, along with temperature and pressure compensation to enhance measurement accuracy and stability. It also automatically calculates the air–fuel ratio for comprehensive emission analysis.
