Product Overview
The fixed-source hydrochloric acid (HCl) mist sampling probe is designed for collecting HCl mist from industrial emission sources. Equipped with full-path heating and temperature control, the probe ensures stable sampling conditions and prevents condensation.
Solid HCl mist is collected on a 47 mm PTFE filter, while gaseous HCl mist is captured using two 75 ml impinger bottles connected in series. The device provides real-time measurements of flue gas flow and temperature, making it widely applicable for environmental monitoring, public health, scientific research, and industrial compliance.
Working Principle
The probe maintains controlled temperatures along the tip and tube, keeping gas from condensing and preserving sample integrity.

A built-in PT100 temperature sensor and Pitot tube monitor flue gas flow and temperature in real time. A digital temperature display ensures precise and convenient temperature control during operation.
