Product Overview

The portable infrared flue gas analyzer is a high-performance device designed for multi-component flue gas analysis. It combines non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology with long-life electrochemical sensors to simultaneously measure the volume concentration of gases such as SO₂, NO, CO, CO₂, and O₂.

The analyzer is equipped with an integrated sampling and heated probe system, along with a portable gas pretreatment unit, enabling high-quality sampling and analysis without altering the gas composition. Designed for both accuracy and stability, it is ideal for on-site applications in environmental monitoring, energy efficiency testing, and scientific research.

Working Principle

The analyzer operates using a combination of NDIR absorption and electrochemical sensing technologies.

Gases such as CO, CO₂, and SO₂ are measured based on their selective absorption of specific infrared wavelengths. NO and O₂ are detected using high-sensitivity electrochemical sensors, where gas reactions generate electrical signals proportional to concentration.

The system features a split gas chamber design that minimizes the influence of temperature fluctuations, voltage variations, and other environmental factors.

An integrated sampling and heated system, together with a pretreatment unit, removes dust and moisture while stabilizing gas flow, ensuring that the sample gas remains unchanged and improving overall measurement accuracy and reliability.

Key Features

  • High-Precision Multi-Gas Measurement: Combines NDIR and electrochemical technologies for accurate simultaneous detection of multiple gases.
