Product Overview
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) CO₂ capture technology is an efficient method for separating and purifying carbon dioxide, suitable for flue gas streams containing 40%–80% CO₂. The system uses molecular sieve adsorbents and a series of integrated equipment to selectively isolate high-purity CO₂, enabling efficient capture and resource utilization. It is widely applied in alcohol production, natural gas treatment, and industrial flue gas emission reduction.

Working Principle
The PSA system operates on the principle of selective adsorption, where molecular sieves capture CO₂ molecules under high pressure and release them under low pressure or mild heating. Pre-treated flue gas passes through the adsorption module, where CO₂ is retained while other gases are discharged. The adsorbed CO₂ is then desorbed via pressure reduction and/or heating, compressed, cooled, and stored as a stable, high-purity product gas. This cyclical process ensures continuous and efficient CO₂ capture.
